This matrix demonstrates the skills required by adult volunteers for various groupings of roles. The matrix links to detailed training requirements for each module, including on-line resources; and also links to an explanation of how the volunteer needs to demonstrate they have the skills - this is called module validation.
Colour coding - Green: Section Leaders and Managers, purple: Section Leaders; Blue: Managers; Orange: Trainers and other support roles.
