District RAG
RAG Findings
Following the completion of Group RAG assessments, the District Team have reviewed the Group RAG's and development plans to determine an action plan for the City of Nottingham Scouts.
We took the view that the highest score of "reds" from the Groups RAG's was the best indicator of where the District needs to provide support.
There was a common theme across the sections, that membership of sections was scoring red most frequently, and that the young leader scheme was not operational in many Groups. The weakest area on the Explorer RAG was also the young leader scheme.
The highest scoring red in the Group section was relating to GSL's being in post with an effective Group Exec.
